Patrick abandoned his application after the Examiner found prior art recipes for his dubious creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"694\" height=\"906\" src=\"https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image.png 694w, https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-230x300.png 230w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 694px) 100vw, 694px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not surprisingly, more successful cranberry technology has come from Ocean Spray.  In 1960, Ocean Spray received U.S. Patent No. 3142577 on a <strong>Process for Preparing Jellied Cranberry Sauce<\/strong>, followed in 1962 by U.S. Patent No. 3,023,108 for a<strong> Process for Preparing Cranberry Sauce<\/strong>, and in 1965, by U.S. Patent No. 3,360,379 on a <strong>Process for Preparing Whole Cranberry Sauce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course its no use making cranberry sauce without a way to serve it.
