{"id":1649,"date":"2017-07-13T10:50:21","date_gmt":"2017-07-13T14:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/?p=1649"},"modified":"2017-07-15T12:40:18","modified_gmt":"2017-07-15T16:40:18","slug":"patents-dont-sue-people-people-sue-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patents.harnessip.com\/?p=1649","title":{"rendered":"Patents Don&#8217;t Sue People, People Sue People"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On July 13, 2017, The Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet of the House Judiciary Committee held a <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/hearing\/impact-bad-patents-american-businesses\/\">hearing<\/a> on\u00a0The Impact of Bad Patents on American Businesses. \u00a0Such a loaded topic should strike fear in the hearts of the many of us who work diligently to protect our clients&#8217; legitimate inventions. However, the <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/hearing\/impact-bad-patents-american-businesses\/\">statement<\/a> of former Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit Paul R.
